Purchase a CBP Plan for ‘3 Stamps’, ’10 Stamps’ or ‘All Stamps.’

‘Stamps’ give you access to the in-store purchase of one 12oz glass of beer for just $2 (inclusive of applicable taxes) chosen from a list of 3 or more craft beers (at establishment’s discretion) at any of the participating bars and craft breweries. You may only use one stamp per visit.

Great! Just find the perfect bar or brewery for you on the Craft Beer Passport map or directory. Go to the bar or brewery and pull up their page on your Craft Beer passport app. Select ‘STAMP’ and follow the prompts on the screen to guide you through the redemption process with your server.

Yes. The app won’t work unless you have either a WIFI or data connection. Some bars and breweries have free WIFI for customers, so if you’re having problems connecting to your data service, you can always ask to connect to their network.

‘3 Stamps’ plan lets you use your Craft Beer Passport 3 times; you can choose from any of the participating bars and craft breweries.

’10 Stamps’ plan lets you use your Craft Beer Passport 10 times; you can choose from any of the participating bars and craft breweries.

‘All Stamps’ plan lets you use your Craft Beer Passport as many times as there are bars and craft breweries available on the app; you can choose from any of the participating bars and craft breweries.

You can use your Craft Beer Passport once at any given bar or craft brewery during an interval of 1-month, 3-months or 6-months as determined by each bar or brewery. After this ‘wait period’ is over, the Craft Beer Passport app will allow you to return to that bar or brewery to redeem another stamp.

Go to the app’s menu in the top-left corner of your screen and click on your name or photo. You will see the details of your plan, including the expiration date. If you bought a ‘3 Stamps’ or a ‘5 Stamps’ plan you will see your remaining stamps on this page.

Yes! Your used stamps are collected on the ‘Bar/Brewery Info’ page which you can access by clicking on any given bar or brewery from the list.

Click on the app’s menu on the top left of your screen and click on your name. On this page you can remove your old credit card and add a new one.

Awesome! If you no longer have any stamps left in your account simply purchase another plan. If you still have stamps left in your account you will have to wait until you have used up all the remaining stamps before you can purchase another plan. Plus, this way get the latest possible expiration date on your next round of stamps!

Simply put: the fees associated with processing these payments are too high for a measly $2.00 purchase and the establishments and servers need the money straight away to help pay for the costs associated with running their business.

No worries! Simply download the app and log into your account with Facebook, Twitter or your Email and it will all be there waiting for you!

Definitely! Give your friends the scoop on Craft Beer Passport by sharing your special referral code with them. To find your referral code, click on the menu at the top left of your screen, then click on ‘Get Free Stamps!’

When your referral code is entered by a friend who hasn’t used Craft Beer Passport before (to redeem, click on the menu at the top left of your screen, then click on ‘Enter Code’ and type it in), they will get a bonus stamp on us right away and once they’ve used that stamp, you’ll receive one automatically as well!

Yup and it’s simple! Go to ‘Send a Gift’ in the main menu and select the plan you would like to send as a gift. Enter the recipient’s name, email address and a personalized message from yourself to them. Confirm your purchase and within 12hrs we will send your recipient a beautiful E-Gift including a code and the instructions they need to add that plan to their account.

All they will have to do is copy and paste the code into the ‘Enter Code’ field on the app and they will be ready to hit the bars!

Our interactive map shows the locations of all of our participating bars/breweries. All you have to do is open the app and the bars and craft breweries will be sorted by the nearest location to where you find yourself. This way you can rest assured that a great $2 craft beer is just around the corner using your Craft Beer Passport.

No problem! If your GPS is off, the list of participating bars/breweries will appear in alphabetical order. It might be less fun, but we understand and respect your privacy! If you ever want the locations to appear in order of proximity, just turn your GPS back on!

Sorry you’re having technical issues with the app! Send us an email (support@craftbeerpassport.ca) with the details to let us know, and try closing and re-opening the app. Make sure you have internet connection and if it still doesn’t work, reinstalling the app usually works wonders!
